Hi there

Welcome to my portfolio; the next few pages let you know where I'm at and what I love to do. Feel free to have a read and if something resonates don't hesitate to reach out!

I love to bring a thoughtful approach to team leadership and problem-solving, weaving together management experience with genuine communication skills to help organisations tell their stories and achieve meaningful results—always learning, collaborating, and finding creative ways to turn challenges into opportunities.

Experience

Management

My journey has taken me from managing local cafes and restaurants to nurturing online communities and subscription platforms, where I've learned to blend traditional hospitality with digital engagement—combining operational experience with web design and analytics to help bring people together, both in person and online.

Communication & Support

I've had the privilege of supporting diverse communities through roles ranging from luxury hospitality and performing arts education to specialized healthcare support and childhood development—always striving to communicate with empathy and clarity whether I'm teaching dance, providing essential care, or coordinating educational programs and executive meetings.

Some of the companies I've worked with

Preserving Community

Spending 6 years in a small country town called Galong helped me lean into my love for learning / teaching and I decided to open up a community cooperative.

The Boorowa collective was born out of a love for healthy food and a passion for reducing waste in rural towns.
Did you know there are towns in Australia without Council rubbish services?
I made it my goal to help educate and offer alternative solutions to the garbage problem that so many small towns face.
With the help of the inspiring communities at ANU and Bathurst food coop. The Boorowa Collective brought diverse healthy food to rural towns, waste free.

Achievements
  • Supplying the only Award winning probiotic olives in Australia

  • Pioneering home-baked sourdough distribution to local businesses

  • Being the only zero-wase business in the Hilltops region

The space hosted workshops and local dinners / social events for the wider community and gained recognition as being the only delivery grocer during Covid.

Managing multiple employees, members and volunteers, my tasks weren't always easy but were worth it every day. Thats why closing the doors in 2022 was so bitter sweet, but in true coop style other local businesses approached me with the hopes of starting their own version. Passing the flame of collaborative inspiration and with other businesses adopted the cooperative framework i stepped back to pursue other ideas i had pocketed for sometime, like the Sonic Spaceship.
